My wish list (November 2026)

Often, when I want something, I don’t buy it straight away. In most cases, I want to make sure it’s a real need/desire, and not something that will pass. Other times, I just need a little bit more research to figure out exactly what to get. Or I just enjoy the anticipation.

That’s why I maintain a wishlist, even if it’s all for myself, rather than hoping someone else would buy something for me.

Here’s the current list, in no particular order…

  • Brown Colorful Standard hoodie
This is one I will probably buy very soon, as I have realised I have now fully moved on from the all-black-everything wardrobe I had until recently, and don’t wear even my black hoodie anymore, which leaves me short when it comes to hoodies.
  • Dark green or oxblood red Colorful Standard crewneck sweatshirt
I really want to replace my black sweatshirt with a nice colour, but I can’t decide on which one.
  • Casio G-Shock GD-350-1BER
Honestly, I don’t particularly like my Apple Watch, and the main reason I keep it is the vibration alarm, so that I can wake up without waking my husband. I miss having a normal watch, and there are actually a couple of options with vibrating alarms. However, the particular G-Shock model I’d like seems to be perpetually out of stock. I hope they haven’t discontinued it!
  • TOYO Cantilever Toolbox ST-350 MG
One of my must-haves for the new flat is a good selection of tools in a nice toolbox, and TOYO makes the best toolboxes, if you ask me.
  • Apple AirPods Max 2 (Midnight)
I’m really torn about these. On one hand, they are very nice, and the sound cancellation is great, but on the other, they are quite pricey and rather heavy.
  • “The Endurance” Lego model ship
I’m an infrequent Lego builder these days, but this ship would look great by my desk in the new flat.
  • Card holder
I need a nicer card holder in my EDC. My current hard plastic one was always a temporary solution. It does the job, but it isn’t very nice.
  • Pencil case
Similar situation to the card holder.
  • JNCO Mammoth jeans in jet black
These are next on the list for my JNCO collection. With 40” leg openings, they’d fill a (admittedly not very urgent) gap between my 34” Rhinos and my 50” Convicts.

Things I have ticked off since I last published my wishlist back in August:
